Mine just died today. I have had it for about 6 months. Sprints "techs" are looking at it overnight. But they're gonna charge me $75 if they can't do anything.

i am now one of these people. i'm going to try to bring my phone back to the store but i've had it for months. is there something in the patch they sent out or something? why are phones dying almost at the same time?

can i still get data that i have in there or is that gone? can't do any of the safe mode, download mode, even factory reset won't activate.

Same thing happened to mine last week. Received the like new replacement yesterday, updated to 13a, then did a factory reset before I started installing apps. Hoping this doesn't randomly do this in another 6 months.

me too. they're sending me a replacement. if they're this easy to send replacements, they must know something is going on for real and they're expecting this to happen.
