So my Samsung is not fast charging

I took it to the beach and kept my phone in my pocket. I didn't swim but I kept my feet in the water.. At some point water must have gotten on/in my phone I noticed that In the car.. I shook the water out of the headphone jack and USB charging port when I got home I tried charging it but it said there was water in the charging port so I left it up right through the night and in the morning it was charging.. I brought a battery pack and went to school but I noticed in school that it wasn't charging.. When I got home I put it in rice.. Now. It's charging but not fast charging. Plz help
