Greetings AC!

After years of dumb phones, I finally made the switch to something smart. As of last month I'm the proud owner of a Samsung Fascinate on Verizon. And as of last night, I'm the proud owner of a Fascinate running FroYo, thanks to the posts and posters here!

I can already see how theming and tweaking could get very addictive. The funny part is that in my offline life, I'm just another Mom, but when I log on to AC, I feel like a genuine Droid nerd.

I get a serious chuckle out of my 16 year old son asking me to flash his phone because he doesn't have the first clue how to do it. Ah well, some of us are born to nerdness and some have nerdness thrust upon them, I guess. Owning the Fascinate kind of threw me into the second category, but I'm glad to be here.

Hi and welcome from another forum newbie!! I think the Fascinate looks very nice and sleek. A girl in one of my classes has one.

I actually thought about getting one to replace my DX if Verizon gives me that option.
