The best is when your on the phone and you receive a text the notification don't play if you have a custom ringer

I don't ever use widgets. I only have shortcuts to apps on my home screens. So that doesn't effect me.

So, we have the Froyo Bugs thread, thought it would be interesting to see what people are liking about Froyo.

I'm not as tech savvy as most of you on here.....I waited for the OTA update.....I've had some issues, but the one feature that I like the most so far is the customizable dock!!!!! I didn't need Phone and Contacts (seemed kind of redundant), I never used Messaging since I use Handcent, so I replaced that one with Handcent)

For the customizable dock alone, I don't want to go back to Eclair!!!!

You don't need froyo for that. I'm still on eclair and have had that ability for months. There are many launchers that give you that ability.

Being able to move apps to the sd card, without a doubt. It frees up a lot of space on my phone. The customization features are nice as well, but apps to sd is what I've been waiting for.

You don't need froyo for that. I'm still on eclair and have had that ability for months. There are many launchers that give you that ability.

True, but I haven't bothered with a different launcher yet, from what I've seen, the app list then becomes one great big long vertical list, rather than sliding left to right with Touchwiz....I prefer the way Touchwiz has the left to right app page list (I'm just basing on what I've seen on Youtube, maybe there's a setting for the app list the other way, I just don't like the vertical list so I've stayed away from it)

The 2.2 upgrade pretty much rendered my Epic useless due to lockups and such. I just switched over to my EVO again so I can use my OnStar to control my GM cars via satellite the 2.2 update in the Epic also rendered that useless as well. Now I'm waiting for the Thunderbolt to drop so I can get rid of Sprint totally. Sprint tries hard but it seems they just can't keep up with the Jones' like Verizon.

Are u serious? Do u realize what u just said? Your waiting for the Thunderbolt because Sprint can see to keep up with the jones's. But your waiting for something thats been pushed back 3 times. The Thunderbolt is just a wanna be Evo that verizon should have had a long time ago. Its about 8mths later and verizon is just now getting the getting the Evo. Verizon is the one that cant keep up not Sprint smh. Btw try a hard reseting your Epic or reinstalling Eb13 using the Samsung tool should fix the bugs your having.

phone is faster, just notiiced video records in mp4 now and not that other useless format, really like that!!
