So what is the best ROM out right now?

Ive been out of the loop for a few months as far as ROMs go so I really dont know which one I should check out at this point. Right now Im on DL30. Any suggestions would be great.

Best is always going to be based on opinion. Most popular on the other hand is the most current SC (2.9.2).

I just flashed the EC10 "Nameless" ROM V 3 from Navendrop and have had no problems so far. I was coming from SC 2.9.2. Im gonna try playing around with some themes tonight to see if any are compatible. I personally love Ultimate Honeycomb as well I was on that theme for a while.

I'm not really understanding what it is you are asking. To which menu are you referring?

like the apps menu where it w
has the 3d kinda of menu where you have the apps you Are looking at flat and the rest are at an angle below and the menu rolls up or down

That's a feature of different launchers such as Launcher Pro and ADW. I think the 3D app drawer is included in the AOSP launcher that comes with superclean 2.9.2, but unlike LP and ADW, you can't change it in AOSP.

I had Super Clean 2.9.2. It wasn't doing it for me. My phone was slower and the Honeycomb animation was annoying. It took forever to load and my battery life didn't get any better with it. I went back to Deodexed/debloated EB01 and patched the debinged browser and the multiple lock screen. It works great and even though the battery life isn't that great, it wasn't great on Superclean.

As stated, that is based on the launcher. You can download different launchers from the market (LauncherPro, ADW, etc) or like I did, copy TouchWiz30Launcher.apk from a stock EB01 ROM.

Try combo (EB01+Dl09-SC2.9.2-EC10 voodoo) Battery life is a lot better with this combination....

I liked sc 2.9.2 the most for a stable fully working rom, but right now I'm running miui and loving it. It's not fully functional but it's such a great rom to me in think im just going to stick with it
