Upgrade is when they offer you the phone at like 50% off and I guess you are locked into another 2 year contract.

I have a Verizon upgrade on 10/20/2016 and hoping they will "Upgrade" me early or I'll take the device payment plan.
Called Verizon and they said I would have to call back tomorrow when the pre sales start. He said the upgrade price was only $299. :-\
This I'm not too sure about.

If not choosing dpp but requesting to put it on your monthly bill, does the entire price become due at once?

If Verizon full retail is $840, then the ddp would/should be $35.... 35 multiplied by 24 gives you 840

The ddp is always the full price divided by 24 months. So I'm pretty confident that ddp is $35 if the phone is $840...
I just hate the part of paying the full tax upfront.

Get the black, that chrome gets old fast. The first S7 edge I got was the silver/chrome and I got mighty sick of it within a few weeks. Went out and purchased the Black. This New black is nice.
