There are talks online about HTC supposedly skipping 4.2.2 and going to 4.3 directly.

They did for other countries yes.. But from what I've heard the unlocked dev version still doesn't have it so.. That's a bad sign. Usually the dev version would get it then the US carriers.

No I like official build routing is not necessarily mean you will have a set stable romantic so that like an official build and I can wait my htc one works great.
