My S26U has been at my local USB hub since last night, but delivery hasn't happened yet. I'm away Monday and Tuesday for education, and it seems Samsung doesn't allow UPS pickup. I’m not sure how to handle this, how many delivery attempts UPS typically makes?

Idk how many attempts, but in the past, I've taken the "we missed you" sticky to a UPS store and made arrangements from there. Since you'll likely miss 2 attempts, I'd suggest you contact someone at UPS pronto to get your options. I'd hate for it to be RTS

Nothing like building you up and then changing the day. Oh, Monday I had nothing scheduled and was going to be home all day. Tuesday - Nope - busy all day with commitments.

Yes, I choose to sign for it, it is actually two phones, my S26U and wifes S26+, way to expensive to have the packages dropped off at some random house. The two phones actually coming from different locations, one sent from Arlington TX and the other one from Haslet TX, interesting. Both phones now sleeping at my local UPS hub for almost a day now

Now Google Fi (and FedEx) says it's being delvered Sunday. I've never had a phone delivery on Sunday. It's shipping from Carol Stream, Indiana, just like when I order from the Google store.

That Stinks! I was kind of hoping just my time would change and I would get it before I left for work it says 12:00 to 3:00 and 12:15 is the latest I can leave and I'm sure I won't be first. But sometimes on my UPS I have I can track the driver and see where he is I'd love to go find him so I could take it to work with me.

I got an updated delivery notice saying it's delayed. My delivery is now on the 10th as well. It's no biggie, because I was expecting it around that time, just got my hopes up, unfortunately.

I just got an email phone coming tomorrow between 12 and 3. Verizon said I just activate it and it will deactivate my old phone and I won't be charged an activation fee. So since I'm getting unlocked do I just activate it and that's it? Will it have a sim or do I put one in from old phone?

If you're using a SIM card in your current phone all you need to do is put the SIM card in new phone and it will activate on is own after you hit start button during setup.

Okay I wasn't sure and the Verizon guy said I didn't need to take the Sim out of my old phone that I just activate the new unlocked one so I just wanted to be sure thank you.

That's if you do Esim. I suggest keeping physical SIM card as long as you can.

My BestBuy order still shows cancel button available but that I should receive by 11th. My guess is they ship tomorrow 2nd day Air. Husband's phone from Samsung here tomorrow. 2 days - $200 cheaper than Samsung for free storage upgrade - I can live with it...

It's normal for best buy to be late with pre-orders. You usually get a better deal but need to be patient when the phones start shipping from Samsung
