I wrote a terse email to the Best Buy CEO and someone from the Executive Office team reached out a couple of hours after I sent the email. Here is her email corie.barry@bestbuy.com.

The day I purchased it said April 3rd.

Then it switched to March 29th.

Today, it said it had shipped and will get here on Friday!

And despite this I'm still waiting on my White 512GB from Best Buy. Shows to be delayed in preorder and order will be cancelled if not here by March 25.

So help me if they end up cancelling my order and I lose the $700 trade-in on my S23U along with the additional $200 storage discount they will wish they had never messed with me!
