So where do you stand and why?

I'll stick with the droid until droid 2 is released.

As long as the Droid is on the latest version of Android, I'll stick with it. And even then, it'd have to be something game-changing to get me to upgrade too early. Windows Phone 7 looks amazing and beautiful, but I like the openness and philosophy of Android more, so it's pretty likely that I'll stay, especially since I use Google Contacts, Mail, Calendar, Reader, etc.
