According to AT&T's website, ASJ8 (Nov. security) is still the latest firmware they've released for your device.

I've learned to not trust their site. Even when they release an update it can take a few days or weeks to update their site.

Good point. Sammobile usually gets firmware within a day of its release, so it can be useful to see what they have (even if you don't intend to sideload from there).

Good point, if I remember correctly on the Note 9 we were like a month behind on updates last year or the beginning of the year before Android 9 was released so this may be an indication that Android 10 update is about to drop.

Once you connected it can prompt you if you have a update available but if not go to preference and check software update box that way it will notify you . I show screen shot tomorrow
