After they announce 4g rates/caps i'm going to decide between the tbolt and the fascinate (rooted of course).
Tbolt looks good though. feels like i would get a more complete year out of it, being htc and lte's flagship device.

Def getting it. With Moto being a bag of ****s and all the issues with Samsung and updates, I was completely turned off by those phones. TB is gonna be a beast regardless.
As far as HDMI out, didnt HTC release a DLNA box that you can stream from your device to a monitor?

def gettin this, hurry up already lol. an yeah htc made a little dnla box. looking to get that an hopefully a landscape dock or some sort to charge an use as a clock. i no moto is the king of accessories. but thats all i need.

i just dont understand why the phone has been announced, hands on, pictures, promos...but still no pricing, rates, or dates confirmed. i mean are we gonna find out when we buy it? or is pricing the same as always. i hope everything still stays the same.

I am planning to get it! Let's hope it comes out in February because I need to switch to Verizon for work ASAP. I am also considering a 1 year contract... because then I can have flexibility for upgrading.

After one year you can still sell the devices at a reasonable price (to help fund your upgrade).

Switched from an i*hone to an EVO a couple of weeks after launch. I was tired of the crappy reception and the handcuffs. Unfortunately, I work in a steel and block building, so I got no reception. Verizon was my only hope. I went with the DX. Waited and waited for 2.2, then waited some more. Got 2.2 and with everything it broke (sms, battery usage, music player, exchange) I *****ed and Verizon switched me to a Samsung Frustrate. Well, here we go again. I have an upgrade on my account and I am getting the Tbolt launch day and the Fascinate is going on eBay that same day. I can't wait. Literally. I don't care if this thing ever sees GB, I just want the features that 2.2 brings and so far, VZW is 0 for 2 in delivering. At least the Tbolt will have it at launch.

I was originally going to pass on this and wait for the Droid Bionic, but my original Driod stopped working. So for now, I'm done with Motorola and am going to give htc a try as soon as this comes out.

I'm going to get it at first I was all into the bionic but can't deal with locked bootloaders anymore and I really want a sense device. I will buy it on a one year contract and sell my d2 when I get it to cover some of the extra cost
