Soaiy Speaker Phone Voice Command problem

I have an android 5.1 smart phone that works with my 2017 Subaru hands free calling with voice command. I have purchased a Soaiy S-32 to use this phone in another vehicle that does not support. The Soaiy sets up for voice command as expected, and when I say "Call name in my mobile director" Soaiy asks me if I want to call what I just said I wanted to call, confirming it is working with my smartphone, yes they are paired and active. But I can not get Soaiy to execute the call. I say "yes" and it asks me if I want to call someone else in my directory, in this case again someone who is listed in my directory, confirming Soaiy "sees" my Smart Phone. Soaiy manual says to use the same voice commands the phone expects.

Does the Soaiy device have its own app? If so, go to Settings>Apps, select that app, tap Permissions, and make sure it has permission to access your Contacts.

Thanks, first I found myself getting lost logging into the forum. Hope I have less trouble in the future...must be me.

I am at my Windows computer and will check on my android phone to see if the Android store has any applications for voice activation for Soaiy, or other in general. The Soaly simply states use the commands your phone accepts. That works only partly as noted in my post. Another experience, I know the Subaru provides for using Apple and Android smart phone GPS to drive the factory car touch screen. So indeed there is an application (for all cars I believe) to enable smartphone features to activate GPS. In the case of smartphone hands free, the base Subaru system provides Bluetooth and supports the Android smartphone very well. Welcome any suggestions on any smart phone to speaker phone application for Android smartphone.
