Update. Just got another survey. They want to put it out within ~ a week.

I put in this survey its a wash... Because there isn't really any improvement. If I wanted a blackberry, I'd have bought one... Too many battery pulls...

The only difference really is with the soak test was now video is 1080 hp

There are still posts popping up in the private forums for the soak. Tons of issues.

I'll name a few of mine...

Car dock mode does not exit when unplugged.
4g will not turn on after wifi has been on in the same power up.
locked bootloader
Speaker and notifications stop working intermittently

that's only a few...

Upside? Better streaming internet media and 1080p camcorder...

Update on soak... New update just hit my phone. Soak continues.

Round 2 of this stupid SOAK test and I'm not noticing anything different. 25 days until I'm rid of this POS.

According to the guy on the forums the bootloader is not now nor has ever been locked. But yet many people can't root their phones again. I will never buy another Moto phone.

My understanding is that the bootloader is most certainly locked down. Now that doesn't mean that it cannot be rooted, just that you would not be able to load custom ROMs. For me the phone is working great. I would love to see ICS sooner rather than later, but it still has the best reception of any phone currently on Sprint. So I will trade a slightly better screen and Samsung's/HTC's even worse skins for this phone.

Not a whole lot of improvements but what they did improve was fine. Mostly speed and connectivity improvements

They screwed my 4g up. I shouldn't have to reset the phone to be able to use it...

That's not just on mine either... Well, since I cracked my screen yesterday, maybe asurion hadn't updated them to 2.3.5 yet...
