i downloaded the app dre beats rooted and ran it now my phone wont reboot past the cricket symbol

And instead of selecting reset, select wipe cache partition, and reboot.

If that doesn't work, do the same steps and do a reset. That will wipe Beats if that is the app causing the problem. You will have to reset your phone up all over again.
