AC Question

Hello there,
I'm using a HTC One M8. No-root, never made. Everything is just stock. This afternoon I picked up my phone and saw couple of 'SystemUI stopped working' and 'com.android.blablabla...' errors. There were two options which are Send Report to HTC and Don't Send. When I hit 'Don't Send' it showed the same error again. Also with the 'Send' option. At this point, I had no access to the phone, and all I see was those errors above my background image. Softkeys and notification bar were also gone. So I decided to restart my phone and it took very long time to boot. After the HTC and One logo, ''Android is upgrading' screen came out. It normally doesn't. After that, phone rebooted itself again and did the same process until the battery died. I plugged in the wall charger and did a factory reset with Volume down and Power key combination. Setup Wizard came out and I completed the rest of the setup. Home screen came out. But no softkeys and notification bar. It looks like phone was in ''expanded desktop / immersive mode'' but it actually doesn't. They don't appear when I swipe up from the edge of the screen. Other features of the phone is working (such as calling.)

Can you please help me?
