Software failed to update

I have been attempting to install the new update but every time I finish downloading and go to install, I receive the android with the red triangle when I boot up. I have wiped the cache and done a factory reset, but I still cannot install the new update.

Did you also post this in the Motorola forum? Cause I answered somebody there that used your same phrases.

I had the same exact problem. Followed this process and it worked perfectly. Remember, though, read EVERY LINE of the directions.
