Software problem in my phone

[AC Question]

My mobile model is ASUS Zenfone 2 laser ZE500KL Initially it shows an ERROR can't load boot images.at this stage I am able to open recovery mode.After I installed a software from asus official website.After this installation also it is not working and not opening recovery mode and also unable to switch off.By pressing power button it just showing ASUS in search of incredible and I can't power off .If I press power button to power off it just getting restarted.Can you fix my problem.I n future it will work or not.
