Update today that fixes the back and home buttons sensitivity.

I am using a screen protector and after this update the buttons work perfectly. Responsive on every touch every time. No more having to push the buttons more than once.

It is nice. It seems as though they may have increased the active footprint of the buttons as well. I don't have a screen protector so I never noticed a sensitivity issue, just the tiny active spot for each button.

Just got the update. Now the buttons work as they should. I do use a screen protector.
Good job HTC..and Sprint. :D
This was a big deal for me.

I applied the update this morning and my buttons have worked excellently since

Buttons work great but I am disappointed that there seem to have been no fixes to volume levels. Even when the phone is on the lowest volume level the ring tone and notification tone are still super loud.

That is due to the built in amplifiers of the speakers.
