Software update failed! A little help?

I'm with Rogers and yesterday I did an OTA update (apparently for stability improvements and battery life) and after the update which appeared to have been completed successfully, (i.e. it said the update was 100% complete, and all 300+ apps were restored) the phone restarted and it said that the software update failed. There doesn't appear to be a way to do the update again through Kies (which was one of the suggestions my phone provided), and if I go to "About Device" and try to do the update again, it says the latest updates have already been installed. So am I screwed and I just don't get to receive the update? Does anyone know how I can redo it? After the Lollipop update, I could REALLY use those stability improvements!

Go to Rogers, tell them what happened and ask them to fix it. (I don't know Canadian liability laws, but in the US if their update did something wrong, they're responsible for fixing it.)

Yeah, I thought about doing that, but I'm almost positive that they will just tell me to do a factory reset (which seems to be their "solution" to everything) and I'd really prefer to not do that unless absolutely necessary. Especially since I just did one a couple weeks ago when I got Lollipop and it took me forever to get my phone back the way I like it. But yeah, You're probably right. :(
I'll see first if other people have any other ideas though.
