Software update keeps failing

Hi I have a samsung a5 2017. I've had it about a month and bought it brand new. The problem is it keeps telling me to do a software update and it keeps failing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

What's the exact failure message? Is it having problems contacting the server? Or something else?

Is the phone rooted? Have you tried doing it via SmartSwitch on PC?

It just fails and yes I've tried smart switch this also fails
