Software update PPR1.180610.011.N960USQU1CSC1 on Note 9 now have Hotspot issues

[Android Central Question]

We have been connecting Xbox 360 to my wifes or my hotspot for months to watch Netflix. Never once had an issue until this update and the #5 update. The #5 was the point to where Xbox says Network failed and will not connect. However I can connect laptop to my Hotspot, then turn laptop hotspot on and connect Xbox to it but slows down the connection majorly. Samsung nor Verizon can give a reason for this. Any ideas?
