software update the operating system on your device has been modified I got that update when I have check to see if my phone have any updates that when I have got the message my phone is rooted and TWRP is installed as my recovery my phone model number is samsung j3 emerge-SM-J327P how can I fix this issues ?

You won't be able to update your phone via OTA after root. Did you try updating your Samsung via Smart Switch as it was advised on the alert? I don't know if Smart Switch (for PC) supports your J3. If it does, you should be able to upgrade the phone through the program.

You may also remove rooting from your phone and try the OTA update again.

Yes, please.
If Smart Switch won't update your phone, maybe you could download update package (find it via Google) and install it in TWRP.
PS: Back up your phone data to PC or elsewhere.
PSs: The root may lose.

Have you ever tried to change boot animation?
I have never change the boot animation of my phone, but through a search on Google, I found that you need root access for that.

Do it in your own risk.

You should be care of the resolution and download the right animation. For J3, it should be 1280x720. You can check it by yourself.
