Can someone screenshot the update for the Ultra. I'm still not getting it... I can't image that me having LTE setup but not turned on, would be affecting my ability to get the update.

Don't think having LTE connected is a factor. I downloaded and installed the update on my Ultra this morning. It has the LTE activated on AT&T - I am in KC area.
