Software Update

Yesterday i was prompted a software update to keep the bug fix etc so i did the software update of my 2 days old note 2. phone automatically rebooted but after reboot i its taking a bit more time than earlier to open the applications
specially phone book and messages are opening with a bit dely..

Many times after a software update it can take a day or two for things to settle in. If the lag problems still exists its not uncommon for many to perform a factory reset.

The phone maintains a cache of application code to help apps start faster. When you do a full system upgrade it needs to wipe this cache. This will cause apps to start slower for a little while until it has built up the cache again.

Hopefully it should stop in a day or so.
