Does updating of software on my mobile will automatically adds more apps to my mobile which is not preinstalled or I have to download them

That really depends on the device, but typically they don't add any pre-installed apps (some even REMOVE some).

Apps that are not preinstalled definitely won't be added by an update.

My old samsung pocket duos was not having google photos app pre installed in it only it was having google drive will updating it's software will add google photos app or else I will have to download it from play store even after update

Welcome to Android Central! Merged your similar threads.

It's very unlikely that your phone, which is over 5 years old, has any significant system updates available. So if you want to use the Google Photos app, then simply install it from the Play Store. But I'm guessing that you don't have much room for apps in Internal Storage, given the age of the phone.
