The ZTE Community Forums are pretty good and are monitored by ZTE support reps that have channels into R&D. After the recent 1/11 software update for the Mini, I found a problem with Android Pay. I reported it in the Community Forums, it got passed on to R&D and it was fixed in I think less than 2 days (some kind of server side fix not requiring another software update). I am pretty happy with the support experience so far. It seems like ZTE is definitely trying hard.
