Software Upgrade error

In the morning when I woke up, there was a pop-up window which says "install software something.EN"
so I cliked install, then it powered off and powered on again.
I saw red motorolla logo(i think it upgrades to gingerbread)......but phone was frozen, nothing happened for an hour, still red motorolla logo.
so I pull off battery and powered on but it stucks at red motorolla logo again.
I was using froyo but rooted with zroot.

Could you please help me ??
