Solavei - How to signup for AT&T provider and not TMO?

I went on their site and tried the Enroll process as far as I could go without actually doing it and can't find any area that let's you choose AT&T or TMobile as the service provider you want to use with them, like ST does??? How can you tell what provider your getting? Because I can't use TMobile in my area, HAS to be AT&T.

Then you can't use Solavei, because they're a T-Mobile MVNO. When you sign up for Solavei, you're always getting T-Mobile.

Straight Talk (part of Tracfone, itself a part of America M?vil) is the only American MVNO I know of that actually leases network from multiple carriers.

Oh ok, thanks.. Hmm, for some reason I thought Solavei ran on either/or service, like ST. My bad!
