Ok folks....I sold a Nexus 4G on CL yesterday that was in excellent condition. The phone was powered on once, & that was when I was. trying to activate it...clean ESN/MEID, no scratches, dents, cracks, etc. Still had original packaging, etc.So I put it up for sale when I decided to not go with Sprint as a service provider because of a past due balance. But anyways, I had it up for sale way cheaper than the original cost I paid, buyer then expressed interest to buy, so we met up. I had the phone charged up & I offered for him to fiddle arounwith it si nce he never saw a Nexus before(how can one not see one before.....)..he declined to mess with the phone; we exchange phone & cash, and we were on our way.
Well, starting at 5am this morning, this guy's been calling, texting, and emailing about the phone's speaker not working & accusing me of theft... The last/only time the phone was on, that speaker worked! The Sprint rep used it to try to activate it! Now this guy wants me to pay for it...! What do I do? I'm inbetween blocking this guy's stuff & getting my # changed!!
