Solder points i317

I bought an unlocked AT&T Note 2 and using it on T-Mobile. I decided to open it and see what it was about and noticed these solder points.

Has anyone seen these points on there phones and done anything with them?

I've flashed a stock T-Mobile ROM to the phone to get the features that a T-Mobile Note 2 would offer except the modem and getting LTE.

They are for identification purposes when going through the factory.
