[Solved]Where's update profile on galaxy s20 ultra after Android 11 update

Trying to activate, you T-mobile simcard but I see the option to update profile is now gone on Android 11. Anyone see it please instruct

Update profile? Is this a new sim , and they activated but not getting service?

You already have the S21 or just posted here. I have T-mobile, not sure what you are asking? You can goto Settings/Connections/Mobile Networks and see if there?

They fixed it I ran to the tmobile store it was a defective sim card they gave me yesterday

I've had a many issues with the switching sim cards worst mistake I've ever made. I don't know if it's because I'm in Long Island but you'd think both services joining together would make for a stronger service. But so far it's been the opposite of that. I'm getting tge new ultra S21 Ultra so I'm hoping that comes ready without these issues.

Good to know. Will hold out on the sim card exchange. Also looking at upgrading to the s21 ultra.
