Some apps slow on Wi-fi now

Lately, Facebook and Instagram are extremely slow loadingpics and updating newsfeed. I switch off the wifi and everything loads pretty fast. Did a speed test while on wifi and got excellent speeds. Anyone else experiencing this issues???

I don't use instagram much but I've been seeing the same thing from Facebook for the last few days.

The FB app is definitely buggy, but there has to be something else going on, cuz as buggy as FB is, it never behaved like this.
