Some apps working on wifi only

I am a Samsung galaxy convert (ex-iphone user) and I can't figure out why I'm having problems with some apps not running on data alone. They work on wifi network(s), but as soon as I'm on LTE the won't connect. Don't laugh, but I'm especially frustrated with Candy Crush not connecting to facebook. The Facebook app works fine, but the game won't work unless I'm on wifi. My University of Phoenix app only works on wifi. YouTube will only work on wifi. What setting am I missing?? Please help!

Go to Setting>Data Usage and see if you have any limits or restrictions set.
