Some emails appear on my S9 Outlook but not on my PC Outlook 365.

I am receiving some emails on my S9+ Outlook that do not appear in my PC Outlook 365 Inbox. Maybe 1 out of 20, not consistent as to which incoming email account or who they are from. Most appear to be to my incoming GMAIL email account but not sure if the other emails addresses are affected. No apparent pattern to which emails I receive on the S9+ but not on my PC Outlook. Seems to have started a few days ago after a S9+ system update. Also having trouble sending emails from Android Outlook with attachments, no error message, they just don't arrive. I am thinking of deleting Outlook from my S9+ but will lose hundreds of emails as they are not on my PC. Is there a priority setting between Android Outlook and PC Outlook 365 as to who gets the emails? Any suggestions?
