Some games on HTC M9

Hi everyone, I have HTC M9 and I have noticed small lag in some games. For example in Ravensword Shadowlands I can notice small lag. My concerne is that it's because of my phone? But it shouldn't be since it has a decent hardware ro run games. Is it that some games are just poorly optimised and just run bad on Android? Thanks in advance

I haven't noticed that. I don't play alot of heavy games though. Mostly casual ones. I did play Asphalt 8 for a while just to see how well it handled it, and there was no frame drops or lag. Could be that it's better optimized.
