Some notifications not going away on Android 12/One UI 4

Since updating it seems like persistent notifications are even more persistent!

Example, the Jabra app has always had an ongoing notification while my ear buds are in use, but now said notification hangs around even after the buds are powered off and stored. I can't even swipe to get rid of it. Only way to get rid of it seems to be to launch the Jabra app, then swipe it away to close.

Same is true for Device Pairing with Google Messages. After I unpair from my PC, the notification sticks until I launch and swipe up to close the Messages app.

Any idea if this is a bug or a new "feature" that is hopefully configurable?

I saw this once with one app since Android 12 (never with Android 11). I don't remember what app notification it was, but there was no way to clear it.

Was it the Sonos app by any chance, as I've had the problem a while now, only happens if u have the sonos widget on homescreen, but if u close the notification after use, its comes up with a warning type of message, but annoying, hoping it's fixed with Android 12.

Sorry, never with Android 11, only once recently after Android 12. Not the Sonos app - don't have it.

Long press The Jabra app then tap info>notification>turn off
If I want to kill the notification perminently, sure. I want the notification to be present when the earbuds are in use, then vanish when they're powered off, as it was before.
