Some of my videos and pictures wont open on Samsung A6 gallery

Hi.
I recently bought a Samsung A6 phone and have been taking some pics and vids. The autoplay/review works fine, but when I go to Gallery, the photo/video can't be opened. You can only see the files (not thumbnails) with a gray background with an exclamation point in the middle. The same goes when I try to access the files via a third party app - there is a gray background that says 'Error Loading Media'. File storage is SD card. I don't know whether it's the software or the SD card that is problematic.

Welcome to Android Central! This typically means that the files are corrupt, and is usually related to a bad SD card. Try a different card.
