I am currently using a one plus one 5 64gb however was thinking of swapping for a HTC u11. Wondered if anyone knew how the battery life would differ? Also I thought htc can connect to air play natively. Also doesn't it have dual speakers and better sound.

Welcome to the forums. I can only speak for the U11 because I've never owned a OnePlus 5. My experience with battery life has been exceptional. I've been able to consistently get through my 10-12 hour work days(beginning at 4am), max out at around 5 hours of screen on time, at least 3 hours of Spotify streaming over Bluetooth and not have to put it on the charger until 10pm with 10% left in the cell.

I've owned all HTC devices in the past and this is by far THE *total package* phone ever put out by HTC. The camera is phenomenal, the battery life is exceptional, the dual speakers are are louder and more full as compared to previous HTC (M8 was close), edge sense is surprisingly useful and the screen is the first HTC screen I've had no trouble with in direct sunlight.

It does have apple airplay native support. The speaker comparisons I've found say that the OnePlus single speaker is plenty loud when compared to the rest of the flagships out there. As far as better sound, I believe the 11 would be better. I'm sure the OP5 is a great phone, but I would venture to say the U11 is probably the best "total package" phone out right now. Hope this helps.

Thanks it was for the audio I wanted it when paying without headphones as the one plus one 5 isn't good with certain sounds and distorts If you turn volume up. My main concern was battery as it has 300mh less and a higher pixel screen. I've owned htc in past but last I had was htc one x

I've heard great things about its battery and its sound! I think the U11 is a great, quality device. And it has the latest Snapdragon installed, so it's blazing fast software-wise. You wouldn't be wrong to get it if you want it! Let us know what you decide!
