Hi All,
Advice/assistance required/requested:
I have a broken screen, and as a result a quarter of the screen does not respond to touch.
I was mucking through and managing just by rotating screen so that the buttons I needed were always in the part of the screen that worked.
Then I mistakenly switched to do 'disable autorotate' to carry out a task, and didnt switch it back before I was locked out.
Now, when I try to log back in (using the password feature from the home screen, as opposed to the swipe feature), I cannot access the "return" button in order to unlock.
Thus I cannot log in to my device and cannot change the auto-rotate.
Any suggestions?
I have restarted the device but it remembers that auto rotate is disabled. Anything else I can do?
Many thanks in advance,
Alan
