Somehow im Unlocked 1.5 with Recovery and not rooted??

I am having the worst time with this phone. I dont understand why I just dont get it.

I paid a guy 20 dollars to root and put a Rom on my phone. When I go it back it had a ROM on it but the camera wouldnt work so I flashed back to stock. I am guessing he didnt know about the FlashGuI trick.

Well now when i try to launch flash GUI it says superuser wont allow it. Even though superuser knows nothing about me trying to launch it.

How is my phone Unlocked...with recovery...and still not rooted??

All I want is the stock Rom with HotSpot and be able to use Root only apps. Thats all.

you really dont need to install superuser these days cuz most if not all roms have it baked right in,and once you flash it the rom you will have root permission. As far as a good stock rooted rom you try cleanrom reborn at scottsroms.com or Meanrom which you will find over at xda.
