Someone help! My nexus 7 is stuck on the Google logo during boot!

My Nexus 7 is all stock. Last night I started downloading wild blood, it's a 2gb file. I went to sleep and when I got up my tablet was off and wouldn't turn on. I held down the power button and it started to turn on but got stuck on the Google logo. It stayed like that for a while. The battery was full. Tried several times and still stuck on Google logo. Held power and both volume buttons got to recovery menu and tried turning it off then on again, tried starting from the menu and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be awesome, thanks.

UPDATE= called Asus last night and after a couple hours I finally got the email from them on how to factory reset from the recovery menu, but now my nexus isn't turning on at all. I plugged it In my computer while I was waiting hoping there was a slim chance that I could get my data off of it before I reset it, what a mistake. Obviously that was unsuccessful. Anyways, Idk why but after I tried that the tablet won't turn on at all. Ughhhh.

Connect the nexus to pc and then try to enter recovery mode and try a reset/wipe.if that didn't work use nexus toolkit or another to connect using adb and try a reset

Thanks for the reply. But tried that last night and couldn't even get it to connect to the pc. Because it's not even turning on now, can't install the drivers successfully. Windows says something like, can't connect to this device because it's malfunctioning, or something like that. Ugh so gonna have to bite the bullet I guess and send it into Asus to have it repaired. Good tip on the toolkit though, glad I downloaded it anyways, one on xda was very well put together.

Also if you read the instructions it says only charge using charger/or wirelessly

Hi when I charge my nexus 7 it takes very long prob a hour when I went on my tablet and I turned it on it was 1percent can anyone help me
