my audio doesn't play when i mirror note 9 with the in built smart view feature. The video comes on good but no audio at all

I haven't mirror my note 9 but you can double check volume settings make sure they all up like media .

Works fine with my Note 9... I use chrome cast on my Tv

Just tested my Smart View out with my Samsung TV and it works. After starting a video pull up the remote on your Note and there will be volume buttons in the top left of the screen. See if that works to adjust the audio issue.

What are you displaying it to? Smart View can connect to multiple things, some of which may not have audio.
