For a year I know my phones have been remotely accessed and cloned my emails I couldn't and can't get Verizon or cricket wireless to do anything to help my local police department I want call because I don't trust any of them I couldn't even pay the traffic tickets because was told nothing was showing on computer now I have no money and have warrants for those I needed and still need a criminal civil rights attorney but can't get my emails to them my call when I had phone service they were rerouted I even somehow got concerted back to their own cloning department she thought I was just a scare tactic but I was really the owner of the device being cloned can I please get help

I suggest trying to fix that word salad into something coherent, because that post was all over the place.

Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out what we're supposed to help with?

I agree with mustang7757 if you cannot access your email even from a computer your problems don't lie here.

As for your money and legal issues, not to be overly blunt, but you're an adult (I assume) and need to adult up and take care of that. I have never had a fine or ticket that I wasn't aware of or that required email or even a phone to handle.

If you don't have phone service there are government programs that are still in place to get you connected. They even have a bring your own device program if the device you have would be better than the ones offered.

Best wishes I guess.

Welcome to Android Central! It's actually very rare to be "hacked" in the sense of being pwned by Mr. Robot and/or fsociety. There are much easier ways for anyone to gain access to another person's account or sensitive information if the victim has poor (or nonexistent) security on their devices, or overshares their life on social media (which is unfortunately and unavoidably rampant today).

Do you always have a strong password/PIN protecting the lockscreen of your phone, and do you make sure the phone automatically locks very soon after the screen times out? Do you make sure no one else physically has access to your phone or computer? When you log into a public computer with your Google account or email, do you always make sure to log out completely when you're done? Do you avoid sharing your up-to-the-second activities and location on Facebook, Instagram, or whatever? Are your passwords very difficult to guess (i.e., not "123456" or "password"), and do you have 2-step authentication turned on for any account that offers it?

If you answered "no" to any of those questions, then you increase your risk for security breaches.
