Songs purchased on laptop still show option to "BUY" on android

I purchased songs on my laptop, but when i view them on LG-LG870, there is still an option to "BUY", indicating they have NOT? been purchased -- hence how to download?

Not enough information. First of all, what service did you use to purchase these songs?

Also, it would be better for you to take it up with the service you purchased the songs from.

Songs purchased via Google Music Manager on laptop still show, on android, "BUY" option

someone said i needed to indicate what service i used to purchase the songs:
Google Play Music Manager
Also, Windows Media Player (OS = Windows 10) is taking hours to Retrieve and Update Media Library because there are over a thousand songs that got purchased over time, but i never hooked android to laptop USB till tonight
Is the problem merely a matter of syncing? --meaning i won't know till after Windows Media Player finishes loading

Welcome to Android Central! The Google Music Manager only helps upload your locally stored music to your Google Play Music cloud, or downloads your cloud musics library to your computer. You don't purchase music using the Music Manager. Did you purchase the songs on the Google Play Music website on your computer? If so, are you sure you were using the same Google account that your phone is logged into?

When you "purchase songs" what you're really purchasing is the right to play the songs on a device using that Google account. If your laptop isn't using the same account your phone is, they can't play the same songs, since, even though you "bought" the songs on the laptop's account, you didn't "buy" them on the phone's account.
