You're better off downloading it straight to your phone.. But to do it from your computer... plug your phone into your computer. Mount the SD card, drag the apk to the root (main section) of your SD card. Unmount the SD card. Using an app like Astro File manager or File Expert, go into your SD card and tap the apk and install it.

You click the direction in which you want to pan, then click the start button and pan like a video camera. It tracks your movement.

The way this app works is you pick which direction you want to move the camera to and hit the picture icon. You move the phone to that direction and it basically takes a video of what youre doing, but rips the images and blends them together. Not sure if I explained that right lol

Is anyone aware of a panorama app that allows for hemisphere stitching. In other words stitching together up and down as well as side to side all in one photo.

Are you on a Sense Rom on your EVO 4G. I am on CyanogenMod and I just get a green looking photo.
