Sony Xperia E c1505 system ui unfortunately stopped

I have a Rooted Sony Xperia E c1505.

When I reboot phone system ui has unfortunately stopped.

I tried clearing system ui cache but theres no cache to clean.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
