Sony Xperia L1 Dual Sim No Network Coverage

[Android Central Question]

I have a Sony Xperia L1 Dual Sim. I'm having difficulty getting Network Coverage and a lot of the times it's on roaming. Why is this? I have noticed that my IMS is not Registered (don't know what that is). I have literally tried everything from restoring everything to factory settings and software updates... What more can I try or do?
