Question Sony Xperia L3 developers options can't toggle on OEM unlocking.

What can the problem be? I can see the option in the developers mode and when i should toggle it on it ask for my pin but after it is off.

Where did you purchase this device? Did you get it brand new from a reputable shop or used from some dodgy seller?

In Sweden. Used at a auction, It is a bugdet phone but i wanted to test it. Yes, i can see my phone in fastboot but the unlocking of the oem in developers options does not work. The toggle to the function is always off.

Unfortunately, it appears that you got scammed by the seller. If it was eBay, and you used PayPal, perhaps you could file a claim to get a refund.
