Sony Xperia Tipo and problems with Headphones

Hello everyone. I have Xperia Tipo. My headphones doesn't work when i connect with my phone, but when i connect with PC they work fine. First i had Live Ware app and in that app showed me green dot on headphones like they are connected but they was not connected. After that i updated Live Ware into Smart Connect, nothing changed. When i restart my phone while my headphones are connected, they work but after i disconnect them, sound doesn't come from phone and i can't listen music or any sound. When i restart phone again without headphones connected they again doesn't work but sound comes from phone. Anyone can help me??

BTW: Now i uninstalled updates on Smart Connect, and I get Live Ware back and disabled it and nothing change.. Now i don't have that kind of App.

Its most likely a hardware problem than a software. See if you can exchange it for a different one
